.sg domains are administered by SGNIC and are open to Singapore citizens and permanent residents (NRIC or FIN), Singapore-registered businesses (ACRA UEN), and Singapore government bodies. Foreign entities without a Singapore presence are not eligible to register .sg domains directly.

.sg is the premium Singapore ccTLD open to all eligible Singapore registrants. .com.sg is intended for commercial entities, .net.sg for network-related organisations, and .org.sg for non-profit bodies. .com, .net, .io, and most international TLDs are activated instantly upon payment. .sg domains are submitted to SGNIC for verification and are typically activated within 1 business day, provided the registrant information is accurate and complete.

Singapore-registered companies must provide their ACRA UEN (Unique Entity Number). Individual registrants must provide their NRIC or FIN number. These are verified against SGNIC records. You do not need to upload any document, simply provide your UEN or NRIC number during checkout.

Yes, if you hold a valid Singapore FIN (Foreign Identification Number) issued by ICA, you are eligible to register a .sg domain as an individual. You will need to provide your FIN during registration.

Domains can be renewed from your dashboard under My Domains. We send renewal reminder emails 30 days and 7 days before expiry. You can also enable auto-renewal so your domain renews automatically each year without any action required.

After expiry, your domain enters a grace period of up to 30 days during which you can renew at the standard price. After the grace period, a redemption fee applies (typically S$100 or more). After redemption, the domain is released to the public. We strongly recommend enabling auto-renewal to prevent accidental expiry.

Request the EPP Auth Code (also called the Transfer Key or Authorization Code) from your current registrar. Then go to your dashboard, select Transfer Domain, enter your domain name and EPP code, and complete payment. Transfers for most TLDs complete within 5 to 7 days. .sg transfers are processed directly with SGNIC.

WHOIS Privacy replaces your personal contact details in the public WHOIS database with generic proxy information, protecting you from spam and data harvesting. You can enable it from your dashboard under My Domains for any registered domain. Note that .sg domains are subject to SGNIC disclosure requirements in cases of legal dispute.

Log in to your dashboard, go to My Domains, and open the DNS Management panel for your domain. Add an A record pointing to your web server IP address, or update the nameservers to those provided by your hosting provider. DNS changes typically propagate within 1 to 24 hours globally.

Domain registrations are non-refundable once activated, as the registration fee is paid to the upstream registry (SGNIC or the respective TLD registry) on your behalf. If you have a billing concern, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
