Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Singapore Domain Registration ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By registering an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

For .sg domain registrations, you must additionally meet SGNIC's eligibility requirements, including being a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or ACRA-registered entity.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to availability. Registration of a domain name does not confer any intellectual property rights over the name. We act as a registrar and are not responsible for disputes between registrants and third parties over domain ownership.

For .sg domains, you agree to comply with all SGNIC policies, including providing accurate registrant information and consenting to publication in the WHOIS database (unless WHOIS Privacy is enabled).

4. Payment and Fees

• All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of applicable GST
• Payment is due at the time of registration, renewal, or transfer
• We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe
• Domain registrations are non-refundable once activated
• Failed renewals due to expired payment methods are your responsibility

5. Renewals and Expiry

Domain names must be renewed annually. We will send renewal reminder emails to your registered email address 30 days and 7 days before expiry. If auto-renewal is enabled, we will charge your saved payment method before the expiry date.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from domain expiry due to failure to renew, outdated contact information, or failed payment.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to:

• Register domains in bad faith or for cybersquatting purposes
• Host, distribute, or facilitate illegal content
• Send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Violate any applicable Singapore or international law
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance.
